Angela’s Journey
Humanistic by nature, Angela’s love for people initially led her to 20+ years in HR and Organizational Development in her family’s nine-figure company, among the top 10 in the luxury car distribution industry in Italy.
It was reaching the pinnacle in corporate that helped Angela realize surface-level success is not sustainable.
Her life, relationships, family, and passions needed to be nurtured to show up at her best as a leader.
She wanted to be whole and genuine, letting go of the leadership stereotypes for her role.
