Meet Angela

Angela Santi – Leadership and Organizational Advisor and International Coach

Italian by birth and international by vocation, I bring nearly 30 years of experience in business, leadership, organizational development and transformational coaching.

My work is grounded in a distinctive combination: direct experience within complex organizations, years of independent work with leaders and professionals, and international coaching across countries, industries and stages of life.

For more than two decades, I worked in the corporate automotive industry, with responsibilities spanning human resources, organizational development, change management and leadership transformation. I also served as a board member.

This experience taught me that organizational challenges are rarely caused by a single factor. Structures, leadership behaviours, decision-making, culture, capabilities and personal dynamics continually influence one another. Addressing only the most visible symptom may create temporary improvement without resolving the underlying issue.

After leaving the corporate world in 2010, I established my independent coaching and consulting practice, working with entrepreneurs, executives, business owners and ambitious professionals acting as a thinking partner to entrepreneurs and executives facing a specific organizational challenge that requires an independent perspective, deeper analysis and a clear way forward.

In 2016, I moved my work online, expanding my international reach and developing highly personalized virtual engagements.

In 2024, I joined Robbins Research International as a Results Coach. Today, I coach clients from different countries and backgrounds, helping them gain clarity, challenge limiting patterns, strengthen their decisions and turn insight into consistent action.

Alongside my international coaching work, I maintain very limited availability for selected independent advisory engagements.
