Meet Angela

Leadership Advisor and Executive Coach

Italian by birth and international by vocation, I bring nearly 30 years of experience across business, leadership, organizational development, and transformational coaching.

I spent more than two decades in the automotive industry, working across human resources, organizational development, change management, and leadership. I also served on a board.

That experience gave me something I still draw on today: an insider’s understanding of organizations. I have seen how business decisions, structures, personalities, culture and competing priorities interact, and how rarely a complex problem has only one cause.

In 2010, I left the corporate world and established my independent coaching and consulting practice, working with entrepreneurs, executives, business owners and ambitious professionals. My role has often been that of a thinking partner: someone who can bring an independent perspective when a situation feels complex, stuck, or difficult to read from the inside.

Since 2016, I have worked predominantly online, initially with Italian clients. From 2020 onward, I began expanding my practice internationally, working across countries, industries and cultures.

In 2024, I joined Robbins Research International as a Results Coach. Today, my international coaching work continues to deepen how I listen, question, and challenge, while my organizational background keeps those conversations grounded in business reality.

Alongside my international coaching work, I selectively take on independent leadership and organizational advisory engagements.

What connects the different chapters of my career is simple: I have always been interested in what sits beneath the obvious answer.

For experienced leaders, that often means creating enough distance from a situation to see it differently, question what has become taken for granted, and decide what really needs to happen next.
